Swiftspace is a Canadian manufacturer of business office furniture that offers adaptability and flexibility to meet support the many working styles of workers. Their solutions replace traditional workstations that offer limited reconfigurability and which are immobile, inflexible, and require labor-intensive installation.

In an effort to expand their digital presence and make their products more accessible to online customers, Swiftspace reached out to Tektus.  We helped them set up an interactive showroom experience that showcases their products much better than a 2D image ever could.

Swiftspace engaged Tektus with key objectives in mind:

  • Launch the new website and create an interactive showroom experience to showcase their products.

  • Expand their showroom offering virtually to their prospective clients

  • Use the showroom Guided Tour functionality as a sales tool, inviting prospects into the virtual showroom for sales pitches.

    The Solution

    Tektus Digital produced a Swiftspace branded interactive showroom experience to showcase their entire line of products, and they leveraged expertise including architects and branding experts to support colour selection, logo placement and presentation output.

    Swiftspace chose the Scandinavian showroom style from the off-the-shelf inventory of raw virtual spaces. Beneath the central atrium ceiling section of the showroom, the Tektus team arranged the various product groups according to guidance provided.

    Most notably, the Swiftspace products come in a variety of finishes and color options as well as configuration options. Visitors to the Swiftspace showroom can cycle through 6 finish combinations for any product.

    Tektus also provided the means to change furniture configurations for two products at the click of a button. The interactive presentation features make it easy for the visitor to the showroom to explore various options in real time, something that cannot easily be done in a physical showroom.

    The Result

    Tektus delivered the virtual showroom within the timeline promised and provided ongoing technical and user support, as well as upgraded the showroom as the underlying technology was upgraded. They also helped Swiftspace reduce costs by integrating partner products from ezoBord and Quiet Earth Moss such as baffles, biophilic walls, WZD, and Rail lighting.
